FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS I want a design or shirt combination you don't currently offer If there is anything that we can do to improve the current catalogue then please let us know! Although we cannot always guarantee to meet your requests we do aim to please if at all possible. Please use the contact us form to let us know how we can improve. How long will my shirt take for delivery? Products are generally ready for shipping within 24-48 hours. Occasionally, mostly with very large orders this time can be prolonged. We cannot control the delivery times of local or international postal service or UPS but most customers receive their products within 4-5 days. What are 'Flex' and 'Flock' printing? Flock print feels great: somewhat velvety and a bit elevated. And it looks soft. Flex print is slick, smooth, shiny and elegant. Both plot printing styles are absolutely high quality, they don't fade and your design will last longer than your shirt! Why do the prices for certain combinations of shirts and designs vary? Whilst we try to minimize our costs where possible, some of our designs use special inks or are printed on higher grade fitted garments and are therefore more expensive to manufature. Rest assured though that all our products are manufactured and printed to the highest quality.

Can I purchase wholesale or bulk orders at discounted prices? Yes, you can order online and receive bulk discounts, or if you would rather, contact us directly and we will be happy to supply you with quotes for whatever you require. Can I send items as a gift and have it gift wrapped? Of course! All our products are available with giftwrapping options. During checkout simply choose to have your products gift wrapped for an additional charge of £2.00. We'll even attach a gift card with your own personal message! I have a problem, what can I do? Whislt we are confident that most transactions will go without a hitch, we are aware that it's always nice to be able to speak to someone when you need to. Please use the contact us page and send us the details of your problem. We will then work to resolving all queries quickly and to your satisfaction. All shirts come with washing instructions, but we recommend that you wash flock and flex prints at 30° inside out. Iron inside out, machine drying is fine. In order to insure the safety of your payment transactions, Spreadshirt uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate from Thawte to encrypt all transmitted data.
